Please make sure you report any breakages to us within 24 hours of receipt.
It really helps us if you can include images too, so we can clearly see what we're dealing with.
We make every effort to package all our items securely, but they are incredibly fragile and couriers can be a little heavy handed! On the rare occasion we do need to send you replacements, we will confirm via email the intended dispatch date.
Please notify us immediately if these are damaged or not received within 7 working days.
